Not just skiing
There’s plenty of fun to be had in Terento even without skis on your feet. Thrilling sledging for the whole family, ice skating and curling, as well as hiking and snowshoeing, fill winter days with joy and carefree fun. Please contact us for suggestions and advice!
As well as the easy run suitable for everyone in the village centre, there are two unmissable natural runs just a short walk from Terento. The climb up to the Pertinger mountain hut from the Schneeberg car park, or to the Moarhof mountain hut from the Gelenke car park in Corti, will be more than rewarded by the thrill of whizzing down into the valley through an enchanting landscape.
Depending on the snow conditions, you can tackle the winter trails in a pair of sturdy boots or on snowshoes. Some of the most beautiful destinations in the area are the natural sun terraces at Gols and Mosereck, the Pertinger Alm and the Moarhof Alm, where you can enjoy a tasty break before setting off again. With snowshoes, you can also climb up to the Terento Pass, which offers a breathtaking view.
At the Terento sports centre, you can glide across the ice on a beautiful natural rink, which is also perfect for ice curling with the whole family.
