Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required to confirm your booking.

What time are rooms available on the day of arrival?

Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival.

What time must rooms be vacated on the day of departure?

Rooms must be vacated by 10 am. Provided you let us know in advance, you may stay a little longer at the hotel and use the swimming pool.

When should you check out?

Check-out and final payment can be completed the day before departure until 8 pm, or on the day of departure from 7 am onwards.

What payment methods are accepted?

The bill (room plus any extras) can be settled by debit card, credit card, cheque or cash. In accordance with current regulations, cash payments are only permitted for amounts up to €4,999.99.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is €2.80 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over. It is not included in the room rate and must be paid on site.

Are there any discounts for children?

Yes, the following discounts apply to children, valid only when sharing a room with two adults paying the full rate:

  • up to 4.99 years: 80% reduction

  • from 5 to 7.99 years: 60% reduction

  • from 8 to 11.99 years: 50% reduction

  • from 12 to 14.99 years: 40% reduction

Are pets allowed?

Yes, four-legged friends are welcome at the Hotel Dolomitenblick, provided you let us know when booking. However, they are not permitted in the restaurant or the wellness area, and cannot stay in certain room types.

A dog toilet with waste bags is available at the rear of our hotel.

We charge a supplement of €17 per day (excluding food) and reserve the right to charge an additional fee for final cleaning.

Before departure, we recommend that you take out a pet liability insurance policy covering compensation for damage to people, property or other animals.

What cancellation terms apply?

In the event of cancellation of your booked stay, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellation with more than 1 month’s notice from the start date of your stay: the deposit paid will be retained.

  • Cancellation with notice of between 30 days and 2 weeks prior to the start date of the stay: a cancellation fee of 80% of the booked stay will be charged.

  • Cancellation with less than 2 weeks’ notice prior to the start date of the stay, no-show, late arrival or early departure: the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

The notice period is calculated from the date of receipt of the written cancellation.

To avoid adding financial loss to the disappointment of cancelling your holiday, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking.

Are the prices listed on the website fixed?

No. Our hotel operates a flexible pricing policy, with rates varying according to room occupancy and demand trends. This pricing system rewards guests who book well in advance.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Yes, of course! Please let us know if you’re bringing your dog when you book, and do bring a dog blanket and a basket with you. We charge €17.00 per night for accommodation, excluding food.
