Anyone who has ever stayed with us in the Dolomitenblick***s alps boutique hotel knows we sit at the very heart of the Monti di Fundres hiking paradise. Our hotel is located right on the 100 km hiking network, all you need do is jump out of bed and you’re ready to go.
7 days holiday – 7 days hiking – you start straight from our hotel, because a little holiday is also good for your car.
Day 1 to the mills and earth pyramids: If our guests don’t arrive too late, they often use the day of arrival to visit the old grain mills and earth pyramids in the Terner Valley. It is a short, easy hike good for waking uptired legs after a tiring journey.
Day 2 over the Gols to the Malga Astner Bergalm: this hike is not too strenuous and makes the perfect start to your hiking week. On the Gols – the highlight of the hike – enjoy the view of the Dolomites. A wonderful place to rest. After a short descent to the Malga Astner Bergalm return to the hotel via the Valle del Rio Vena.
Day 3 to the Malga Pertinger Alm: this hut is well known for its amazing views. Our tip: if you are in good physical shape, continue hiking to the upper Alpe di Pertingen or even to the Il Giogo. Wonderful panoramic views of the Dolomites and the glaciers of the main Alpine ridge open up. Prepare to be amazed!
Day 4 Terento Panoramic Trail: Panoramic Trail No.1 offers magnificent views and requires little effort, as there is almost no difference in altitude to overcome. Make sure to stop at the Hauerhof Jausestation for a bite to eat.
Day 5 to the Rifugio Lago di Pausa: this hike takes you directly from the hotel to the refuge hut at 2,312 m above sea level. Strenuous but worthwhile. You’ll be proud of yourself.
Day 6 of the Sentiero Stocknertal: a quiet day follows the strenuous ascent to the Rifugio Lago della Pausa with a delightful, peaceful walk along the Sentiero Stocknertal. Our tip: make a short detour to the small chapel of San Zeno. A place of strength.
Day 7 to the natural solariums at Moseregg: a beautiful circular hike to the natural solariums at the Malga Moseralm. Back we go over the Malga Engl Alm and over the Terner Valley. A worthwhile end to a hiking week without a car.
With every step, the head becomes a little freer. With every vista, man becomes a little smaller. You’ll be amazed.
