• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above mdecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association mof Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of mthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and mmanaging the Guest Pass. Cancellation:
This is an unpleasantness for everyone. Cancellations 30 days before arrival are free of charge (except for the deposit, which is considered as a cancellation fee) . Up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 80% of the total sum. 2 weeks before arrival, no show and in case of early departure we charge 100% of the total sum.
We will do our best to make allowance for wishes for certain rooms, but please understand that we cannot promise any fixed room numbers.
Travel cancellation insurance
Sometimes in life, things do not go as planned and you may have to shorten your holiday or cancel it altogether. To avoid a financial downside due to cancellation fees on top of your disappointment over the “lost” holiday and missed services, we offer you a travel cancellation insurance in collaboration with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
